Nanda & Nanda has a separate division that takes care of the projects which includes preparation, presentation, calculation of risk, feasibility, availability of resources, market study and raising funds by way of arranging finance from banks ans NBFCs and by facilitating investment from VC funds and other private players . Our team has an extensive experience and expertise in structuring complex financial arrangements, drafting Share holding agreements and Debenture subscription Agreements for our Clients. We have successfully closed several ventures by arranging suitable investment and by helping some of the clients in selling their equity in the Company .
We have structured the repayment schedule for the Client with the financial institution, fought cases in different forums such as DRT and NCLT and NCLAT to get the best relief to our clients.
